Enhanced Continia Setup Wizard

Include and exclude all configurations during import and export

The Assisted Setup Guide have been extended by two actions that help the user to mark all configuration lines as selected or unselected. This is useful if you have to export only a few lines or want to select all lines at once to overwrite an existing setup.

Better template overview

The Template list have been extended by a cloumn that holds shows the template description and type (pdf or xml). This is important if a company has created more templates per e.g. vendor and wants to export a specific one that can only be identified, by the template description.

Furthermore we extended the Name column (for invoices it is the vendor name) with the source no. (vendor no. for invoices).
